Centralus PLC announces the appointment of David Callaghan as Chief Executive Officer from 1st May 2018, to succeed Jonathan Beckerlegge, who said:
“I have spent two exciting years with Centralus as Chairman & CEO; realising the shareholders’ initial vision, introducing the unique and innovative ‘enhanced employee engagement’ model to the UK and putting together an unrivalled team.
While I relinquish the CEO position, I will be staying on as Chairman.
We wanted David for his strategic strengths, determined execution and his ability to inspire people every step of the way. We look forward to David extending these qualities throughout the organisation as we build on our enormous success as first mover in the market.
Therefore, taking into account David’s commitment to Centralus’ values, the Board has decided to offer him the position as company’s new ‘Chief Executive Officer’.”
David Callaghan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, professional marketer with IBM and as Chartered Manager (Fellow). For the last 20 years, he has led both large global and entrepreneurial domestic recruitment, RPO and BPO companies, as Managing Director, COO and CEO several times over. He said:
